Structural BIM Drafter

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Structural BIM Drafter to join our growing team. You'll work on diverse projects including multi-family housing, commercial buildings, and custom residences throughout Nevada and California.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed structural drawings using Revit
• Develop 3D structural models for coordination
• Prepare construction documents and details
• Coordinate with architects and MEP engineers
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and material schedules
• Maintain BIM standards and templates

Requirements

• 2+ years of structural drafting experience
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Understanding of structural systems (steel, wood, concrete)
• Ability to read and interpret structural engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Nice to Have

• AutoCAD experience
• Familiarity with Navisworks
• Experience with multi-family or commercial projects
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field
